Bianca Lankford is a mechanical engineer, life coach, author and founder of Path To Purpose, LLC. She teaches people how to discover their God-given purpose so they can be empowered to live a more fulfilled, joyful life and make a positive impact on those around them. Bianca believes that nothing can stop a woman who knows who she is and what she's created to do.

Through her speaking and coaching programs, Bianca inspires people all over the country to increase their confidence, push through fear and reach their wildest dreams. She also hosts personal development workshops and intensive weekend retreats for Path To Purpose community members.

When she's not working, Bianca is either at the gym, writing in her journal or curled up reading a book. Bianca lives in Northern Virginia with her husband James, their new baby girl and their dog Daisy.
