Rtx 3080 stability issues - the types of capacitors used in the PCB (circuit board) under the GPU die are acting up, some caps are “cheaper” than others causing some issues when overclocking/boosting, however this is not causing the cards to be unusable it’s an issue with the “boost” frequency alone.
