Co-Hosts Mark Thomas and Mike Houlihan open the session talking about the changes that have occurred in certain areas of the game (on and off the court) due to COVID-19 and how they affect the future of the athletes. They also dive into outside perspectives and concepts that can help coaches determine which defensive system is best for their team. 

After their initial topics, Mark and Mike shift to an interview with Cora Thompson (Tufts University - Division III, NESCAC) about the culture she has built within their program. Cora describes aspects that exist within her team’s culture and how they must evaluate and adapt their culture every year. (59min)
