Practices to overcome loneliness:
Vulnerability – share your thoughts and feelings honestly with others, it is the antidote to loneliness
Atonement – breaks down into “at-one-with-God,” in that moment you are one with God
Holy Spirit – Jesus gives the gift of the Holy Spirit who fills your every cell, every breath, you are not alone!
Montra – Place your hands on your body and repeat, “I am filled with the Holy Spirit, I am never alone.”
Scripture:
Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 – Two are better than one because they have a good return for their hard work. If either should fall, one can pick up the other.
Genesis 2:18 – The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
