What did that do to your motivation, engagement, and commitment to producing results?  I talk with Michele Bailey about the necessary and sometimes forgotten role of offering gratitude to others and the transformative impact it can have.  While you may be familiar with the practice of acknowledging what we are grateful for in the form of a Gratitude Journal, this is about turning the attention onto others and how small gestures of gratitude go a long way.  As you acknowledge the efforts of others, you will feel the benefits too!
