Ghoul Chat decided to talk about two scary clown-themed movies in a row, so this week’s episode is Jeanette’s pick, TERRIFIER. Jeanette of course loves the amount of unrelentless gore throughout and Alexz thinks the performance of Art the Clown is horrifyingly great. On the other end, Will resents the torturous kill scenes and Ashley couldn’t look past the misogynistic undertones to enjoy them as well. Before they get into the main discussion, the Ghouls drank along to a Horror Movie Power Hour. Will is still keeping up with DRAGULA and TRUE BLOOD, Jeanette watched COOTIES, and they both watched all episodes of Netflix’s new witchy show MARIANNE. Alexz had quite the haul, and watched the new CREEPSHOW 2, TIGERS ARE NOT AFRAID, THE HAUNTING OF SHARON TATE, AD ASTRA, THE LOST BOYS, AND TALL GIRL. Ashley has been binging on non genre shows FLEABAG and TRANSPARENT but is intrigued by the trailers for THE COLOR OUT OF SPACE and THE LODGE. Last but not least, everyone watched the season premiere of AMERICAN HORROR STORY 1984 together.
