A secret society is an organisation that deliberately conceals its activities, rituals, and or membership from non-members. While some societies may not explicitly aim to hide their existence, they generally operate with a level of secrecy, often involving secret passwords, rituals, or unique symbols. Such as the Illuminate or The Freemasons.
