What We Learned
1. Your primary thing needs to remain your primary thing.
This can be tough because you may enjoy your side hustle more than your full-time job, but you owe it to yourself and others to give your job everything.
2. Differentiate yourself.
You have to figure out how to separate yourself from others. Jared and Creative Sheep do this in a couple of ways by paying their contractors quickly, which is not always the norm, and throwing their team a Christmas party.
3. Just start.
There are always excuses for why you can't or shouldn't do something, but it all comes back to fear. Don't let fear stop you from starting. Don't overthink it. Just choose to start it now.
