Today we have Mr. Donny Daughenbaugh on with us. Donny is a former US Marine and while on a deployment in 2004 in Iraq he was conducting a vehicle search when an interaction with an irate driver changed his life. The outcome of that night was a critical wound and a lengthy road to recovery. With the ups and down that come from being wounded in action, Donny’s injury has shown him that being alive, having a beautiful family and living in League City is truly a gift. Using this horrific experience as a positive, Donny now proudly represents the Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes as the Vice President of Field Operations & as a national spokesperson. Through the Coalition, he’s able to help other wounded veteran families as they transition from being injured or disabled to a successful and higher quality of life. Donny also holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree and an MBA in Organizational leadership. He lives in League City TX with Sarah, his beautiful wife of 18 years and their 3 children Gabby, Kollin and Everleigh and their dogs. Donny speaks on the value of giving and the impacts that they make in their organization. We discuss the value of continuous learning.
