Hey Mama, I am so excited to introduce you to a long-time friend of mine, Melissa Elswick! Melissa has been married to her husband Jon for 17 years and they have two boys named Ethan and Joshua! They live in south Florida and pastor a church they started 10 years ago called Crossway Church!

Melissa and I went to high school together but we didn’t know each other at all - in fact, she was a senior and I was a freshman so our paths didn’t really cross. You’ll find out how we met later in life!

Melissa and Jon adopted their two boys from Taiwan and it’s an absolutely incredible story that I cannot wait for you to hear! Melissa is so real and does not sugarcoat their adoption experience in this episode. I think our conversation was so important and I hope it educates and inspires all of us!
