This is a conversation I have had with myself numerous times in my life and actually this morning. 

Self sabotaging? Procrastinating? Tired AF? 
I think as a collective we forget about the movement and desires we have, we are so used to sacrificing ourselves and conforming. 

We are up against choice at this very moment. A choice to step in, do the work and trust or the other choice… keep staying in the disconnected rat race. 

One of the biggest decisions we can make in life is to stop this pattern and step in. 

Let’s talk about the details of this today and own some things together.
