If you don't take time to look after yourself, why do you expect anyone else to? And yet most of us do not prioritise self-care as much as we should.

In this episode I am going to share some self-care practices I have given my clients over the years which you can use, including:

  • Take a relaxing bath with candles & bubbly.
  • Make time to play with pets.
  • Switch off social media.
  • Read a book.

It's not selfish to take time for ourselves, and by using the suggestions in this podcast you are starting to give yourself the care and the space you need to become your best self and steer clear of future burnout!
