Tardine Celestine our very own Dorcas No Bobbi hails from Nso in the Northwest Region of Cameroon. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Buea, Cameroon. Apart from being the fantastic comedian he is, he is also a hair stylist, handball player, and humanitarian.
