Are you an Eccedentesiast?

Have you ever lied about your feelings to someone? Maybe you've pretended that everything was fine but deep down inside you know that it's definitely not. You've forced yourself to smile,  just so that you don't draw attention to yourself. Don't worry, because I feel you and I've done the same thing and I'm sure that many people have too.

The first themed episode of the BFW podcast talks about how the word is in line with Halloween and the end of bullying prevention month.
