Jason, a Veteran and survivor of a past of drug abuse and addiction is now is staff at a Christian in-patient substance recovery program in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This program of Adult & Teen Challenge of Oklahoma has helped hundreds of men crossover from the identity of hopelessness into a re-birth of life giving freedom in Christ. In this first part of two episodes, he shares his climax of dependency upon drugs to deal with traumatic situations which he believed to be out of his control.
