In this episode, I have the pleasure of talking with Courtney Wisely, founder of Rescue My Maid Service and creator of the cleaning industry’s first and only subscription box Monthly Maidivation!

Monthly Maidivation helps cleaning business owners all over the world stay motivated and educated as they are growing their businesses. 

Monthly Maidivation is full of things like tech and office items, self-care items, cleaning tools and a book that will help her subscribers level up their skill sets. Each month, there is also a featured expert that provides an online training where they share their wisdom about the topic of the month. This is a community like no other, and this box has helped the cleaning industry come together under the pursuit of knowledge and self-care. 

Courtney has personally coached over 2,000 maid service owners on automation and scheduling while running her maid service. This led her to create Rescue My Maid Service in response to the overwhelming need in the industry. She now teaches digital infrastructure and automation through her transformational course the DSB (Digital Systems Bootcamp) and loves seeing each owner achieve what they never thought possible!

In this episode, Courtney drops an absolute knowledge bomb on how she has never used paid ads to scale her business, but instead leaned on community.  I couldn’t believe it.  She also talks about the importance of automation in her businesses and the power of multiple Facebook groups! Turns out, Courtney is the "Automation Queen"!
