2020 was a crapshoot for everybody. Good things happened, but so did plenty of difficult things. And nobody was immune. Yet while some people faltered and didn't see much growth, others flourished. The difference was the accountability that these people took in their situations. Some people (including myself) blamed 2020 for their struggles and only saw it as bad things happening to them that they had no control over. Sure, there isn't much one person can do to prevent a global pandemic, but there are other ways of being prepared for such situations, and many of us found ourselves caught with our pants down when COVID-19 hit. I talk about the lessons I learned about moving on, as well as how to create goals and make plans to make 2021 the best year possible.
