After losing his brother to an overdose nine years ago, Mike spiraled into severe alcoholism — at times drinking over a 30-pack of beer in one sitting. His battle with depression nearly cost him his life, and a DUI almost ended his career as a truck driver. But through it all, Mike fought his way back. He recently celebrated two years of sobriety, and his story is a testament to the fact that we do recover.
