This is something which we see clearly with first time buyers and home movers, with a lot less emotion shown from investors when it comes to buying property. 

We take a look at why sometimes emotion can be the driving factor, with fear and missing out being key factors, as well as stress and getting caught up in the pressure pot of buying, and possibly selling your property.
