Today I am interviewing Shannon Parker. Shannon has been married for 11 years is Mama to her son JJ and daughter Eden. She’s also CFO at Raleigh North Christian Center and founder of Faith Wins LLC.

She is the creator of Nourish, an online signature course to teach women how to eat, heal their bodies and counter inflammation. Shannon was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease after having children that she’ll explain more in this episode.
