Great to see you guys again! We have an inspirational and wonderful friend, Deezer D, with us today. He went from being a gang member and alcoholic to a dedicated clean-living Christian.  For 15 years he starred in the popular TV series, ER, as Nurse Malik McGrath. Deezer D is also a rap artist with multiple albums. He grew up listening to rap music and wanted to share a positive message to kids instead of the negativity that is normally shared.

Deezer D shares with us some life-changing hurdles he has had to overcome such as a divorce, only having $300 to his name, and major heart surgery. Things have started to improve for Deezer D and he has some great things coming out of his adversities.
