Seth is a passionate advocate for people’s best lives. While managing a multimillion dollar manufacturing company Seth became aware that workplaces and the cultures they produce dramatically affect the wellbeing of people. With this new understanding Seth entered into a life changing relationship with an executive coach and realized that he could create the change he wanted to see in the world.
