This week, J.D. and Derrick were fortunate enough to talk with Quin Houff, driver of the 00 StarCom Racing Chevrolet in the NASCAR Cup Series, about his season so far, his career, and what it's like to race at the highest level.
It was a pretty wide-ranging interview, and Quin was a great person to talk to. The guys discussed this weekend's race at Phoenix, how a lack of practice added difficulty to his rookie season, what it was like racing at South Boston Speedway growing up, that incident at Texas last year, how he bounced back from that with a top 15 finish at Talladega, his experience with iRacing, Bristol Dirt, why he's racing in Cup instead of the trucks or Xfinity Series, chocolate whiskey, getting "lawnmowered," and much more.
