Guest: Dan Schoenbaechler has held various Sales positions before getting into Commercial Real Estate in 2008. Having focused on Residential Sales since 2013, he has closed over $65 million of transactions during that time, ranging from renters and first-time homebuyers to experienced investor sales. His knowledge and experience in the brokerage side of the business are what help identify & close good opportunities for his investors. In the past couple of years, Dan has also paired his multi-family investment experience with his network of investors to launch Schoen Capital. He has been a General Partner on 5 separate acquisitions totaling 892 units for $116.4 million within the first 12 months of being in business. Schoen Capital continues to focus on value-add multi-family as well as a couple of other asset classes to help grow their investor's wealth. -Full-time Realtor and Real Estate Syndicator Based in New Jersey and invested in Midwest/Southeast States -On a mission to share the benefits of real estate investing with as many people as possible, to help grow their wealth & lower their taxes
