When making difficult choices, even ones that people think are crazy, it’s important that you are grounded in the knowledge of your calling and your passion. Author, speaker, and leader Jeff Henderson shares with us his story of leading through difficult times by acknowledging that “anything worth pursuing is going to be difficult.” Like all of us, even renowned leaders like Jeff face doubts, but we can be encouraged by hearing how he has learned how to lean in and lead in an effective and inspiring way.
