This week we were joined by Maurice, Steve, and Austin of Shred Fit Academy. These guys have some crazy good physiques and know a thing or two about a good workout. We talk to them about their time as collegiate athletes, why thy do what they do, and how they approach training and nutrition. We talk about the mindset that they have and how they hope that translates to their clients. They make sure to tackle all aspects of training: from moving heavy weight, to conditioning, to functional movement. It’s a great discussion and I think the bodybuilding community could take a lesson or two from these guys.
