Yes, I try and attract agents to our company, that is no secret.

But what happens when they don't want to join us.

Do we tell each other how great our business is over theirs?

I guess you could but what's the point?

Some people do things a little differently, and you know what?

That is ok.

I was reminded of that today when I was in a conversation with an agent that doesn't see a value for him in our company.

Who would know better if it would be a fit for him or not?

He would!

So instead of arguing with each other and trying to "one-up" each other, we had a quality and respectful conversation and I was able to learn something.
