Chuck Day shares his childhood of his mother being a Pentecostal Preacher, his family singing Gospel music, recording their first record with the help of Rusty Goodman of The Happy Goodman Family. Working for Freddy Fender & Marty Haggard to rededicating his life back to Jesus and starting the Christian Country group "The Days" He's also the co-writer to the song made famous by Gold City called Midnight Cry!

Chuck has received awards from the ICGMA (International Country Gospel Music Association) such as Entertainer of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Male Vocalist of the Year, Songwriter of the Decade and was inducted into the ICGMA Hall of Fame in 2000.
