As seamstresses that are now business owners, we have to deal with these issues, and in a professional matter. Finding the right techniques that help you disarm unhappy customers and win them back. I know sometimes we wanna just kick em' to the curb, but I know you're better than that. Plus it is your brand's reputation at stake.

The handmade sewing community has experienced this since the beginning of sales. If our ancestors could handle it, then so can we!
