A really interesting chat this week with Tim Matthews, who along with his brother Chris started up the Forge Pizzeria in Alfredton several years ago and have grown that business to 2 sites and a mobile service. Tim has built a successful business after starting his career in Advertising and he is one of the main players in Ballarat's vibrant Food and Beverage scene.
