Since 2021, Alesia Hilton, Director of Career Readiness at Greater Winton-Salem, Inc., has led the creation and development of the ASPIRE WS internship program, serving high school juniors and seniors in Title I schools throughout the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools district.
