Have you ever started the day with a plan, only to have it blow up in your face?
That was me today.
My dad has often said, "Man makes plans, God laughs".
That is kind of what today felt like.
I had everything planned out and I just hit snag, after snag all day. Never really getting into a groove.
The good thing is that I know there will be times like these ahead of me and I will just need to navigate and push through.
Especially when following something I believe in whole-heartedly.
In his book "The War Of Art", Steven Pressfield said this...
"The more resistance you experience, the more important your unmanifested art/ project/ enterprise is to you-and the more gratification you will feel when you finally do it"
I know there is no growth without struggle, it is being prepared for the struggle and the willingness to get up after being knocked down that will determine the amount of success achieved.
