I sat down with Bec to find out how to bring my own body back into balance when I felt burnout and wanted to share her life changing words of wisdom with you all.

Bec's own decision to redefine what success looks like to ensure it includes her health is simple and inspirational. I also genuinely love her tips on taking short breaks to focus on breathing or getting some movement in as they feel really manageable, as someone who currently couldn't face an hour long wellbeing focused class due to other time commitments and complete lack of ability to focus for that long (though I am trying to change that).
If you're listening to this, and like me, often feel on the brink of burn out then I can't recommend checking out Bec's Instagram enough. Prior to recording this episode, she took me through some EFT and I felt 100x calmer for it. She is so knowledgeable and caring, I feel honoured to have had her share some of her wisdom in this episode and I hope you have found it calming.
