Before you can teach your kids the value of honesty; and before you start doing that fancy positive reinforcement stuff to 'catch' them in the act of doing honest things...you have to 1) know that the conditions in their environment are set right first and 2) that you have an idea of what skill deficits there are and what to then develop.
