This week’s conversation is with Dr. Cory Ostroot, a Naturopath and founder of The Healing Couple. As a young boy Cory watched his  mother’s health decline dramatically. While being treated in the traditional health system her condition worsened. Cory became skeptical of the current health system and when a Naturopathic doctor returned his mother to health, he found a calling and pursued alternative medicine. Dr. Ostroot and his partner Jessica also lead breathwork courses with the intension of taking people deeper into themselves to find stillness, confidence and clarity.
