New month--new series. This month the Brother Cousins are starting a new series which will go through the end of June: "Take Heed." In this series, we will examine several vital "take heed" statements form Jesus. The first is "Take Heed Not to Do Your Alms Before Men."

  • We define what "alms" and "righteousnesses" are.
  • We define hypocrisy.
  • Discuss how to do our good deeds in a way whihc points glory and honor to Jesus.
  • Discuss the paradox of letting our light shine openly, and also ding good deeds in secret (Matt 5 and Matt 6).
