What is better than listening to one appraiser tell you what to do? Having two appraisers with the same twisted mind telling you what to do. Brian invited his  and brother from another mother, Steve Crellin with Yawkey Way Appraisals onto the show to talk about a very important topic, data collection.

Quite often when there is a difference of opinion between appraisers and agents, it comes down to data. If they are not looking at the same data, the valuation may be skewed.

This is part 1 of 2, where Brian and Steve talk about the outside influences and data that can and do affect a subject property.
