Earlier this summer, I had the honor of meeting Daron Moore, an amazing Org Development and Learning Executive, while serving on a panel of The Learning Exchange Conference, hosted by the Black in L&D Community.
Daron was our panel moderator, and from our first conversation...we knew our conversation would require more time and opportunity to dig in and listen to one another's stories.
