Master Ingrid Ewing is the owner of STAR Taekwondo and Wellness Center in Fort Myers, FL. Ingrid is a 6th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Zumba Instructor, Women's Fitness Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, has an MBA, speaks 3 languages, and has traveled to 23 countries. She has metaled numerous times at the Taekwondo National Championships both in Olympics Sparring and Forms, including a Gold Medal National Champion in Forms and has also been a successful Coach at the State and National levels. In the last 3 years, she has developed fitness Golf Clinics for multiple Golf Clubs and has specialized in working with Senior Adults and Students battling Parkinson's Disease. Ingrid has a passion for helping people of all ages achieve their Health and Fitness Goals.
