Under his leadership, KW Beverly Hills became the #1 office in California for both productivity and profitability, establishing the benchmark for operational excellence and scalable brokerage performance.
Over the past 11+ years, Josh has launched, scaled, and optimized multiple Keller Williams offices across Southern California, consistently building high-accountability cultures rooted in disciplined systems and measurable results.
He is also Co-Founder of Forward One Estates, a modern boutique platform built for elite agents seeking innovation, infrastructure, and performance at the highest level.
Josh is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Pomona College (Mathematical Economics), former Captain and Quarterback of the Sagehens football team, and began his career in investment banking at Patricof & Co. in New York before moving into executive leadership at Equinox.
