I am a certified High Performance Coach, and have a Master's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, and Eating Behavior. I have spent over 20 years working as a fitness professional, helping people access a better life through exercise & mindset. I teach both Nutrition and Personal Health and Wellness at a local University, and have a private coaching practice for people who desire more.

My expertise is in creating behavior change using science and psychology to get what you want. As a personal coach, student, and teacher, I have extensive experience helping people become a better version of themselves.
