We start the show off with just some personal moments revolving around the upcoming holidays. It is always good to go back and realize why we do what we do. It starts with memories involving family and friends and we can’t forget what’s important in all of our lives.

The Godfather discusses the differences between needs and wants. A prospective customer will have both, but the sales professional will be able to identify the need and then position the product or service.
A need is a desire to have something fixed.
A want is a desire to possess something.
Every customer has one of four needs:
Financial, Image, Productivity or Safety- YOU MUST FIND OUT WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOUR CUSTOMER.
