In so many aspects of life, we strive for convenience and the path of least resistance when trying to achieve our goals, and although we most likely know that it’s about doing the simple things, doing them well, and doing them often, we still try to find an easy route. I hate to break it to you, but consistency really is royalty when it comes to achieving your goals in sport, at work, in school, and in life!


In this episode, I dive into some strategies you can use to create consistency in your training and lifestyle while enjoying the journey of it all. We also talk about process and outcome goals, and how to utilize them in your own life. Finally, we look at the difference between motivation and discipline, and how you can go about building that discipline muscle. 


Whether you’re an athlete in sport, or athlete in life, discipline, grit, and consistency will always serve you well when navigating your professional and personal goals - you’ve got this!
