For the inaugural episode of Season 4, your favorite baker and host is pulling up to the mic once again with her first built-in best friend, Kelci Reedy, right beside her (S3, EP5; S3, EP13). In honor of Cookies & Conversation Podcast's second anniversary on January 28th, it was imperative to have a full circle conversation and experience for the collective.
Like any other year, 2022 brought me many endings and new beginnings. I released people I thought were solid and welcomed the healthiest love of my life into my world. Most importantly, the year ended on an incredibly turbulent but rewarding note: a near death experience from July 2022 resulting in the perpetrator officially serving time as of November 2022. With gratefulness moving through my veins, your favorite local food blogger Kelci unpacks with me the lessons I learned from Season 3 and The MonAlicia Bakes; the status of my healing journey; how Season 4's focus came to be; my newfound freedom since Rehvon's been put behind bars; and so much more.
