An eagle with a broken wing cannot fly; and until its wing is healed, the most powerful bird becomes extremely vulnerable to predators. Without its wings, the predator becomes a prey. In our brokenness and insignificant moments, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble”.
