Cedric is a data scientist and Portia is a lawyer. This episode is an introduction to who we are and how this podcast came to be, as well as our lives as successful Rwandan young professionals in the diaspora. We stumble into a brief discussion on legal issues pertaining to intellectual property and its effect on access to essential medicines Africa but ultimately bring things back to how this podcast is dedicated to all Rwanda’s sons and daughters, whose value to Rwanda’s future feels a little Dis-connected.
