Kirsten Padilla kicks off our new At The Table podcast discussing what it means to be a woman in leadership. She discusses her book “Now That I’m Called” and how women oftentimes don’t have traditional, carved-out paths for what it looks like to serve in vocational ministry and how we are to walk forward discerning where and to what God has called us to. 

Kristen serves as manager of marketing and communication as well as directs the Center for Women in Ministry at Beeson. She is the author of Now That I’m Called: A Guide for Women Discerning a Call to Ministry (Zondervan Academic, 2018). Kristen is married to Osvaldo, and they have one son.
