Welcome back from Kosh Girl Summer! We’re kicking off the new season with Lily Jacobs and Miriam Kunstlinger, our super cool & cutie patootie college friends. Lily just graduated from her busy days working at a dermatologist’s office, and she’s currently in PA school fulfilling her dreams of becoming a physician’s assistant. Miriam is an actuary who spends her time hanging out with her hubby and cats, with big dreams to open up her own animal shelter one day. This episode, we go back in time to our collegiate days at Yeshiva U. We share our hilarious first impressions of each other, and reminisce over the winter break cruise that officially solidified our friendship. We look back on the crazy highlights of Miriam’s wedding to her college boyfriend Noah, which was essentially the last big hurrah for our college crew before the pandemic. Miriam was a very beautiful and thoughtful bride who had us looking pretty in pink and handpicked the hottest male guests from Instagram to be seated at our table. Lily was the Maid of Honor that was so overwhelmed with love that she fainted at the chuppah, but obviously bounced back in time to hit the dance floor. On the other hand, Jori and Abby obviously spent their night trying their luck with the eligible bachelors of the night. We then move on to our thoughts about dating apps. Lily and Abby have been keeping busy on Hinge and Bumble, and Miriam has made it her mission to make sure Lily doesn’t ghost the many guys on the apps who are into her. She’s literally logged into Lily’s dating apps to up to date with her love life. TBH, we all need a friend like that in our lives. Finally, we wrap up the episode by roasting the guys who rejected our proposal for them to be featured on the podcast as Kosh Boys of the week, through critiquing their Instagram pages. It’s been a wild summer, and we’re so excited to start the new year with old and new friends alike.
