Carla Shohet is a Trauma and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Psychologist, a Somatic Therapist, a Brainspotting Practitioner and a Positive Psychologist Coach. All that means is she’s a Psychologist who specialises in root cause resolution not just symptoms management.
