Just Checking is a podcast that features a new story of an OCD sufferer each week.

Our goal is pretty simple. OCD is an extremely diverse mental illness, and oftentimes even sufferers are unaware of the extreme range of symptoms that OCD can inflict on its victims. This is problematic for two main reasons: sufferers often take much longer to seek help, because they are unfamiliar with what OCD can look like in its various forms, and because the public is often unaware that OCD is almost always more complex than just being a bit too tidy.

Through our weekly features, we hope to raise general awareness in the public, inspire the strength in sufferers to finally seek treatment, and hopefully along the way have some laughs.
